I got the wrong size, what do I do?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size however send us an email info@nakaithelabel.com.au within 7 business days of receiving your order and we will work with you to swap your order for the correct size if in stock.

How do I get the most out of my clothing?

We highly recommend you take note of the wash and care instructions on the label inside the garment.

For general knowledge, avoid heat/iron over logos or designs that have been pressed or printed on, turn inside out to wash and wash on a cold cycle.

Embroidered garments are also recommended to be washed inside out and folded flat to avoid warping or stretching.

Do you offer express postage?

Yes, we offer express postage within Australia and Internationally.
