I got the wrong size, what do I do?

Email us info@nakaithelabel.com.au within 7 business days of receiving your order and we can work out how to exchange your order for the correct size.

Will you restock items?

We will not be restocking the Founding Collection - this is strictly limited.

However, Nakai will release a core or 24/7 collection that will be available to restock.

How do I get the most out of my clothing?

We highly recommend you take note of the wash and care instructions on the label inside the garment.

For general knowledge, avoid heat/iron over logos or designs that have been pressed or printed on, turn inside out to wash and wash on a cold cycle.

Embroidered garments are also recommended to be washed inside out and folded flat to avoid warping or stretching.

Do you offer express postage?

Currently, we offer express postage within Australia only.
